made the barebones version work. it uses marker.js to parse markdown and convert it into html. uses ctrl + enter to convert to markdown.

i don't know where else i have seen ctrl + enter being used to run the code except with replit (back in the good old days). i hope to have a lot of key bindings so i never have to touch my mouse when i write.
