Last week, I asked my community to rank #Linux distros, specifically desktop distros.
After compiling the results and editing things together, here are the results: the distros my community prefers, the ones they don't like, and judging from how many people ranked each distro, or didn't rank them, I also gave a measure of popularity, even though it's clearly imperfect statistically :)
I am thinking about using distrobox. Since I am on debian I wont need it to install software I could otherwise not install. But I have some apps that require weired install scripts and I am thinking about using it as a security measurement. Do you think that is a good idea? Does that idea makes sense?
